The
campaign recognizes the importance of supporting, creating awareness
and connecting with our international neighbours that now call Kentucky
home. Many in the international community have expressed a passion and
a desire to connect with others they feel would support efforts to
establish a U.S. Department of Peace and Non-Violence. And, because we
recognize that so many have fled their homeland because of war and
violence. Because we know the science of conflict resolution is a
cutting edge science and that peace is possible.
