Campaign Headlined on OpEdNews.com

Congratulations to everyone for helping the U.S. Department of Peace Campaign, nationally and locally, to be headlined on OpEdNews.com.  On Sunday, May 11th, an article titled "MY, MY, IT'S AMERICAN PIE: A Mother's Day Celebration", appeared prominently at the top of OpEdNews.com, featuring stories of May 9th's "Peace Wants a Piece of the Pie" day activities in Kentucky and across the nation.  Thanks to the buzz we created, our "Peace Wants a Piece of the Pie" interview was featured at the top of every hour on NPR.  We'll be posting a transcript for you as soon as we can.
